Please read the below hot tub declaration and complete your details in the boxes provided to confirm you agree terms and conditions on behalf of your group. Please note this declaration must be completed prior to arrival.

The spa must not be used by anyone who is pregnant, suffers from high blood pressure or any form of illness, or is taking any medication, without first consulting their medical practitioner. If you have any doubts, please do not use the spa.

• Only enter the spa after showering
• Please take care when entering and exiting the spa as the decking is slippery when wet
• Strictly do not operate spa without correct water level (Levels must be above the jets)
• A maximum of 6 people (Covey) and 2 people (Kingfisher, Sandpiper, Nuthatch & Wren) are allowed in the spa at any one time.
• No children under 5 years should use the hot tub and bathers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Do not enter the spa with fake tan, excessive make-up, body creams/oils, bubble bath, pets or food or you could be charged for a replacement filter at a cost of £30.
• Please remove contact lens before entering hot tub as one of the top points please.
• Strictly no glassware or sharp objects are to be allowed in the spa.
• Please remove all jewellery before entering the spa.
• Do not use the spa immediately following strenuous exercise or after a heavy meal.
• The spa must not be used under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• It is recommended for safe use that the maximum duration for using the spa in one session is 15 minutes.
• You should get out of the spa if you start feeling unwell, uncomfortable, giddy or faint.
• Please do not put your head underwater in the spa, as you risk catching your hair in the jets and filters.
• Do not dive or jump in the spa.
• We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused to personal items.
• Additional towels will be provided for use of the spa.
• Use of the spa is strictly for the group who have booked the property.

Any damage of the spa or cover caused during the stay must be paid for. Please respect the spa and treat it as you would your own property. Failure to adhere to the above may lead to personal, harm and damage to the spa. Please note entry into the hot tub is at your own risk.
